Strong Project Funnel: approximately 600MWdc of active developments are underway. This represents a large cornerstone pipeline of solar projects that are anticipated to bring first energy production in Q4 2024. Nu E deliberately pursues projects that align with its strengths and capabilities ensuring high-quality project delivery. Further to the current pipeline, Nu E is competing for new bolt on projects in the market to diversify the range of renewable energy sources and development stage.

Pre-established Financing Arrangement: the partnership with Low Carbon enables Nu E to access capital from a trusted financing partner, reducing the risk and uncertainty associated with project financing and enabling the deployment of capital by Nu E in an efficient manner to increase shareholder returns.

Delivery of Reliable Cashflow: from an economic perspective, this partnership positively impacts the forecasted Free Cash Flow of $10.9M CAD over the next 24 months from July 2024, contingent upon all active developments in the partnership of Nu E and Low Carbon SL reaching financial close.
